Creating a Motion Tween

To create a motion tween you need to draw an image and then use the selection tool to select it and then you can click on the insert button on the toolbar, which is on the top left hand panel to create a motion tween or you can press the control button and the mouse button to create it! You then drag the motion path in the direction that you want and then you have a motion tween
